How do preorders work?

Preorders allow you to buy items now that will ship at a future date. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and ready-to-ship items.

How do I know if an item is a preorder?

We clearly mark items as a preorder and display an estimated shipping date on the product. 

When will I be charged for my preorder?

Payment for the entire order will be processed when the order is placed.

When will my preorder item ship?

We aim to provide the most accurate estimated ship dates for preorder items, which are displayed on the product, shopping bag, and checkout pages. Preorder estimated ship dates may change. In some cases, it may ship earlier than the estimated date provided. You'll receive email updates about your preorder, including order confirmation, any change to the estimated ship date (if later), and shipping confirmation.

Can I change or cancel a preorder item?

Once you place a preorder, we're unable to make changes to the order or payment. If you need to cancel a preorder, please contact us.
