Shipping

Our order processing time generally takes 1 - 3 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Langley, BC, Canada. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, customs/postal delays, or our order processing time.

Please note once an order is processed, we're unable to change any details, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. If you made an error, please email us as soon as possible at hello@korriko.com (we will be unable to make changes if the order has begun fulfillment).

United States

• Insurance option is available for an extra $2 USD. Packages shipped without insurance will not be replaced in the event of a lost package, as packages shipped without insurance have no ability to open a claim.
• Shipments to rural addresses, or Alaska/US Territories may require extra transit time.
• Packages are couriered to the USA and shipped via USPS or UPS

Canada

• Insurance is available for an extra $2 CAD. Packages shipped without insurance will not be replaced in the event of a lost package, as packages shipped without insurance have no ability to open a claim.
• Shipments to rural addresses or NL/Canadian Territories can require extra transit time above the approximate delivery windows listed above. 
• Standard shipping carrier may vary. Canada Post live rates will also be available at checkout based on your cart selection.

International Orders

• International live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. 
• We offer Canada Post, Asendia, APC Logistics, and PostNL as standard shipping options depending on the destination.
• We always provide tracking when available - some destinations may only provide partial tracking or no tracking - or if Canada Post Small Packet International Air is selected, no tracking is provided.
• Germany and Italy orders:  We have noticed several of our shipments to Germany and Italy being taken into customs for review which can take several weeks for them to release the package. Please note that this is out of our control. 

International Customs

• Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are not included in the shipping rates. We are unable to mark shipments as "gift" per customs laws.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt
• Korriko Pet Supply is not responsible for any issues or delays that may occur at customs upon entering your country
• If your package is delayed at customs for an extended period of time, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number on hand for an update
• There may be the possibility of customs holding your package until import duties and fees are paid for by the receiver

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Korriko Pet Supply cannot be held liable for lost packages or any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by postal carriers or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us or porch pirates. 

If porch pirates are an issue in your area, consider an alternate delivery address where you will be available to receive the package, or your local post office if they allow shipments to be held for pick up. If an item has been successfully delivered with proof of delivery, we aren't able to cover any theft that occurs after delivery. 

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.
